Jim is the co-owner and strategic operations/Sales at Beachin Bash. He loves meeting and helping people. He has spent most of his career in the sales world and as an entrepreneur. Having over 20 years’ experience, he has gained expertise in areas such as business management, people skills, negotiation, and growth strategies. He also has put on many events small and large, including a festival to raise money for wounded veterans. Previously, he owned an interior design and home furnishings business, that employed 8 people outside of the Washington DC area. He leads with enthusiasm and a smile. While trying to help Erica execute her vision for Beachin Bash, which is his primary job function by day, Jim also enjoys boating, golf and watching sports. He currently resides in Rehoboth with his wife, Erica and yellow lab sunny.
